All donation requests must be submitted via email to tranqfarm517@gmail.com and include detailed information about your organization and event.
For ease of tracking and record keeping, requests sent via USPS mail or dropped off at the farm stand will not be accepted.

Dine to Donate evenings at our ice cream window are reserved for local school districts and organizations only.

Donation Requests
We’re grateful for the many community organizations that reach out to us for support each year. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we’re unable to fulfill them all.
Please review the details below to learn more about our donation process and eligibility for in-kind contributions.
Location
To best support our community and manage the high number of requests we receive, donations are limited to local school districts and organizations in our immediate surrounding area.
Donation Submissions
All donation requests must be submitted via email to tranqfarm517@gmail.com and include detailed information about your organization and event.
For ease of tracking and record keeping, requests sent via USPS mail or dropped off at the farm stand will not be accepted.
All requests must be submitted at least 3–4 weeks prior to the event date. Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation. Approved donations must be
picked up at the farm unless otherwise arranged.
Request Limits
Organizations may submit one donation request per calendar year. Approved donations may be limited to one per organization, per year.
Directions
From Route 80:
Take Route 80 to exit 19 (Allamuchy).
Take a right off the exit, onto Route 517 North.
We are located only 1 mile on the left!
From Route 206 North
Make a left onto Route 517 South.
Follow that for about 2 miles (you will go under a tunnel), after a bend in the road, take a left to continue on Route 517.
After about 4 miles, we are located on the right side on Route 517.
